Strength. Performance. Precision.

Apex Steel is excited to continue as a Premier Partner of Penrite Racing for the 2025 Supercars season. As Australia’s largest privately owned steel manufacturer and distributor, we understand the importance of precision, resilience, and high performance—both in motorsport and in steel.

Our partnership with Grove Racing is built on shared values of innovation, reliability, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. This isn’t just about sponsorship—it’s about backing a team that pushes the limits, just as we do in our industry.

Full Throttle for 2025

We’re thrilled to continue our journey with Penrite for the third year running. Performances in 2023 and 2024 have only solidified our pride to be a part of such an incredible team.

Apex Steel Managing Director Joe Calleja shares his enthusiasm.

“The Apex Group is once again thrilled to be aboard the Grove Penrite Team with Stephen and Brenton Grove for 2025. With new young driver Kai Allen and the ever-maturing Matt Payne, we feel that 2025 will have some exciting moments for all of us. It’s a tough gig, but I think now, after a few years, the team has set itself up nicely!”

Brenton Grove, CEO of Grove Group, echoed Joe’s sentiment.

“Grove Group is thankful for Apex Steel’s ongoing support, both within the motorsport and manufacturing space. The relationship is one that myself and the broader Grove Group, including Grove Racing, hold in high regard. Seeing the Apex Steel logo displayed prominently on our Ford Mustangs is a testament to the strength and significance of our partnership.” Grove said.

As the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship kicks off at the Thrifty Sydney 500, we’re looking forward to another season of speed, strength, and success.
