We are thrilled to announce the opening of our business extension for Apex Steel Supplies in Darwin. This expansion marks another significant milestone in our journey to better serve our customers and of course, the community.
Expansion and growth
Since opening our original factory in 2017, we rapidly outgrew the space and moved to a larger site in 2019. The continued growth has now led to an exciting new development: a factory extension adjoining our current property. This extension will allow us to expand our product range and carry a greater variety of products, enhancing our ability to meet all our customers’ needs.
Enhanced services and efficiency
Our new facility will host more than 12 staff and offer a range of services, including long products, pipe beam tube, and cut-to-length services. We are dedicated to serving all of Darwin and extending our reach into the Northern Territory. With our extensive network of branches within the Apex Steel Group, we can source whatever type of product our customers require.
Community impact and commitment
The landlord’s agreement to extend and build an additional factory underscores our commitment to growth and better service. The new overhead cranes and additional covered area will improve our efficiency in handling and packing materials for delivery, ultimately benefiting our customers through quicker and more reliable service.
